This illuminator is a "must have" with any bore camera or device. It cuts out all the shadows and gives a very clear picture on what's going on in your firearm. It's perfect follow on tool for setting up an AR-15 gas block system . It's also a big help with installing a "Gas Piston" system as well. My husband who is the gunsmith uses it to get a perfect sear & hammer setup doing trigger jobs on 1911 pistols. We used it to find burrs in tight spots on pistols as well. Best Product Ever!

This is the perfect tool for lining up gas blocks. In the past, I have always relied on the barrel dimple. Several rifles I checked with this illuminator were misaligned. Not any more!
